1. Product Design Precision with Pre-production Technical Drawing
Through technical drawing, we drew up a precise and detailed graphical representation of FIABLE fasteners. This document is used to communicate essential information about the design, dimensions, tolerances, materials, and other specifications of our product to our customer. This allows us to understand and interpret the same production information accurately and customers will be able to make informed decisions. With endorsement from customers, we then start production.
2. Product Traceability with Post-production MTC Type 3.1
Throughout the production process, our in-house quality control department take random batches of samples to conduct in-house quality tests. After production completion, a Material Test Certificate Type 3.1 (MTC) is issued by FIABLE quality department. This important document certifies that the material has been tested and verified in accordance with the relevant specifications. It provides information about the testing methods, results, and the identity of the testing organization. Every single piece of FIABLE fasteners churned out from our production floor comes with its registration code which gives them an identity number. In the unlikely event that customers find defects in our product, we are able to trace back the product origins down to its mill factory from the heat code number embedded in the post production MTC Type 3.1. This ensures every purchase you made with us comes with direct manufacturer’s quality assurance and a complimentary piece of mind.
3. Product Quality Verification with Random batch 3rd party lab test
